Robust Detailing Service Policies

At Robust Detailing, we are committed to providing a premium, reliable mobile service. To ensure the highest quality for all our clients, we adhere to the following professional standards and policies.

1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. We understand that plans change, but we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: Will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Rescheduling: We allow one complimentary reschedule per booking if made 24 hours in advance. Subsequent changes may require a non-refundable deposit.

2. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at the service location and is unable to access the vehicle, or if the client is not present at the agreed-upon time:

  • A No-Show Fee of 100% of the service total will be charged.

  • Future bookings will require full upfront payment.

3.  Personal Belongings

  • Please remove all car seats, strollers, and personal items (money, jewelry, electronics) from the vehicle before your appointment.

  • Our technicians are not authorized to remove or reinstall child safety seats. To ensure safety, please ensure seats are reinstalled by the owner after the detail is complete.

4. Results & Expectations Disclaimer

We will always do our absolute best to bring your vehicle back to a "showroom ready" condition. However, please be advised:

  • Restoration vs. Cleaning: Some wear and tear is permanent. This includes deep-set carpet stains, paint oxidation, clear coat failure, and deep scratches.

  • The "100%" Rule: Due to the age and previous maintenance history of a vehicle, results may vary. We cannot guarantee a "100% like-new" result for every vehicle, but we guarantee the best possible result that the current condition of the materials allows.

5 Pet Hair & Excessive Soiling

Removing deeply embedded hair or heavy debris requires specialized tools and extra time.

  • Pet Hair Surcharge: Vehicles with heavy pet hair accumulation will incur an additional fee starting at $40.

  • Excessive Soiling: If a vehicle is in "extreme" condition (e.g., heavy mud, construction debris, or severe staining), a surcharge will be applied. We will notify you of these costs before beginning work.

6. Biohazard & Health Safety

For the safety of our technicians, we do not handle severe biohazards. This includes mold, mildew, bodily fluids, or rodent droppings. If such conditions are discovered, we reserve the right to stop service immediately; a trip fee will apply.

7 Mobile Site Requirements

To perform our services effectively, the client must provide:

  • Sufficient Space: A safe area to work (private driveway or lot) away from heavy traffic.

  • Access: Access to a working water spigot and a standard electrical outlet (unless otherwise discussed).

8. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability

  • Robust Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage such as paint chips, cracked leather, or electrical issues.

  • On older vehicles, plastic trim and headliners can become brittle. While we use the utmost care, we are not liable for the failure of aged or degraded materials.

9. Weather Policy

If rain, snow, or extreme temperatures prevent us from performing a high-quality detail, we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule. No fees are applied to weather-related rescheduling initiated by Robust Detailing.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Please inspect your vehicle with the technician upon completion. If you are not satisfied, we will rectify it on the spot. Due to the nature of mobile services, claims made more than 24 hours after completion will be addressed at our discretion.
